The Service Charter shows how you can benefit from your new Forestry Commission. You can find out about our plans for the future and what we are doing to improve and develop our declining forests now. It sets out the quality of service you can expect and explains how to approach the Commission should you need to.

This Charter is a living document, to be updated when necessary. It reflects our shared reliance for our forests. It is freely available to all and comes with a commitment to ongoing consultation.

Above all, it is a genuine way of prioritising the needs and interests of the communities we serve and of working towards a truly accountable and responsive Forestry Commission.
