Under the WITC 'Customised factory training' scheme, where specific requests from wood processing factories are accommodated, the Centre enters into a collaborative programme with organisations / institutions. Under this programme, WITC plans and executes on behalf of institutions/organisations, programmes in technology transfer and demonstration workshops as part of the Centre's programme for especially micro and medium scale enterprises. In all, since 2000, over fifty (50) companies have been given training in areas such as:

a. Production Planning and Control

b. Types of Production/Production Scheduling
